Congratulations to Ruth Carlyle in becoming Dr Ruth Carlyle (and giving us a good reason to go to Simurgh, details  here). 

Congratulations to Dr Eva Cyhlarova on partaking as a performer in the Olympics Opening Ceremony: Eva was one of the nurses in the NHS section

Updating on Efrat's news (Efrat profiled here and the project previously reported here), Efrat Ben-Zeev, Nir Gazit (The Harry S. Truman Research Institute Grant, Hebrew University, 2012-2014) in collaboration with Gabriele Rosenthal, Astrid Matten, and Niklas Radenbach are now working on their project, The social construction of border zones: A comparison of three geopolitical cases.
